Kai Libby Training

Meet Kai

A Winter Park trainer for adults, families, and young athletes.

I’m Kai Libby, a personal trainer and athlete performance coach based in Winter Park. I help adults, families, and young athletes build strength, speed, confidence, and consistency through practical coaching that fits real life.

For adults, that often means rebuilding fitness, improving strength and mobility, increasing energy, and creating a routine that works with work, parenting, and family responsibilities. For athletes, that means developing speed, coordination, body control, strength, and sport-specific confidence.

Start with a Consult

What happens after you contact me

A simple first step, not a high-pressure sales process.

Send a quick message with who training is for, what you want help with, and what schedule might work. I’ll help you figure out the right next step.

1

Tell me what you need

Share whether training is for you, your family, or your athlete, plus your main goal and location.

2

I’ll ask a few fit questions

I’ll reply with simple questions about schedule, training history, and what kind of support would actually help.

3

We choose the right format

That may be adult personal training, in-home family training, athlete performance, GLP-1 strength support, or event prep.

4

Start with structure

If it is a good fit, we set the first session and begin with a practical plan you can stay consistent with.

Questions parents and adults usually ask

Frequently asked questions.

If you are unsure whether training is a fit, send a message. The consult is simply a way to make the next step clear.

Do you train beginners?

Yes. Many adults start after time away from consistent exercise. Training is adjusted to your current ability, schedule, and comfort level.

Do you come to my house?

In-home training is available in Winter Park and nearby areas when the location and schedule are a good fit. We can also talk through practical local options.

Do you train adults or only athletes?

Both. Kai Libby Training serves adults, parents, families, and young athletes. The plan changes based on the person, but the goal is always practical progress.

Can siblings or family members train together?

Yes, when goals and ages make sense together. Small family or sibling sessions can be a good fit for convenience, accountability, and confidence.

Do you work with athletes outside lacrosse?

Yes. Kai has a strong lacrosse background, but speed, strength, coordination, and movement quality carry over to many sports.

Can you help someone using GLP-1 medication?

Training can support strength, muscle retention, and consistency during doctor-guided weight loss. It is not medical advice, but it can help keep strength in the plan.

How does event prep training work?

Event prep is short-term, focused training for weddings, vacations, photoshoots, reunions, or other important dates. The goal is to feel stronger and more confident without crash-diet pressure.

How often should I train?

It depends on your goal, schedule, and starting point. Many people begin with a consistent weekly structure, then adjust frequency once the routine is working.

Still not sure which option fits?

Send a quick message with your goal, location, and schedule. I’ll help you choose the most realistic next step.
